Cancel during the 7-day free trial
The first 7 days are a real free trial. Your card is only charged at the end of day 7. Cancel before then and you owe nothing.
- Open the welcome email from ZODIA, sent the moment you signed up. Inside is your receipt and a Manage subscription link.
- Tap Manage subscription. The link opens a secure billing page tied to your email. No password needed.
- Tap Cancel subscription. The page shows the trial end date and confirms you will not be charged.
- Tap Confirm. The renewal that would have fired at the end of day 7 is stopped.
- Save the confirmation page, or the cancellation email that arrives within a minute.
You keep getting the daily reading through the rest of your 7 days. After day 7, the reading stops until you decide to come back.
Cancel an active subscription
Past day 7 on a monthly or annual plan? Same five steps. The only difference is what happens to the time you already paid for.
- Find your most recent ZODIA email. Welcome email, latest receipt, or renewal reminder. All of them have the Manage subscription link.
- Tap Manage subscription to open your secure billing page.
- Tap Cancel subscription. The page shows the date your access will stop: the end of the month you paid for, or the end of the year you paid for.
- Tap Confirm. The subscription is marked canceled. No future renewal will fire.
- Save the confirmation email that arrives within a minute.

What happens after you cancel
Your daily reading keeps arriving
The reading arrives at 8 AM your local time through the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel mid-month and you get the rest of the month. Cancel in month 3 of an annual plan and you get the remaining 9 months.
Your chart stays on file
We keep your birth chart (the snapshot of the sky from your birth date, time, and city) so that coming back takes about 30 seconds. Want it fully deleted? Ask at hello@joinzodia.com and we remove it within 30 days, as set out in our privacy policy.
You can rejoin any time
Cancel today, rejoin in a month or a year. The re-subscribe screen recognizes your email and skips the setup. The 7-day free trial is for new accounts only.
No more charges fire
The next renewal is stopped the moment you confirm. Nothing starts up again on its own. If a charge appears after a confirmed cancellation, that is a billing error and we refund it in full.

Cancel any time. Your reading continues through the end of the month you paid for. No partial-month refund. This is standard for subscription apps; the trade is that you keep access through the end of the period instead.
Annual ($125.88/year)
Cancel any time. Your reading continues through the end of the year you paid for. No partial refund for unused months. The annual rate is already 30% off the monthly price (it works out to $10.49 a month), so the trade for that discount is the full-year commitment.
Natal Book ($44.99 one-time)
A 35+ page personalized PDF that arrives by email within 12 hours. Because the finished book reaches you almost right away, it is non-refundable by default. If something is genuinely wrong (the wrong chart, a broken section, a factual error), email hello@joinzodia.com with your receipt. ZODIA Editorial will take a look and may reissue or refund at its discretion.
Billing problems, who to contact

- The email on your account (the one that gets the receipts)
- Your receipt number, or the last 4 digits of the card that was charged
- What you want done (cancel, refund a specific charge, switch cards)
We reply within 1 business day. For anything time-sensitive (a renewal tomorrow, a lost card), put URGENT in the subject line and we move it to the front. Payments are handled by Stripe (Wikidata Q7624104), the payment company ZODIA uses for every charge and refund. Your card details live in Stripe's secure systems, never on ZODIA's own servers.
Pause instead of cancel?
There is no pause option right now, and that is on purpose; most pause buttons are just a softer cancel. The path we recommend is simple: cancel using the five steps above, keep your reading through the end of the period you paid for, then rejoin any time.
