These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Zodia LLC ("Zodia," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing or using our personalized daily astrology service delivered via WhatsApp, our website (joinzodia.com), or our free astrology tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Zodia. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old, that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Zodia provides personalized daily astrology readings based on your natal birth chart and current planetary transits, delivered via WhatsApp to paid subscribers. We also offer free tools and content on our website that do not require an account.
Our website offers free tools that do not require an account or subscription, including the Transit Snapshot, the Birth Chart Calculator, monthly horoscopes by zodiac sign, and educational reference content. Free tools are provided as-is, without warranty, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any free tool at any time without notice.
Zodia also offers a one-time purchase of a personalized natal chart reading delivered as a PDF document ("Natal Chart Deep-Dive" or "Birth Chart Reading"), with a standard public list price of $44.99 USD. Birth Chart Reading is a separate product from the subscription and can be purchased independently by subscribers and non-subscribers. From time to time, Zodia may offer the Birth Chart Reading at promotional prices or through private referral channels. The price displayed and confirmed on the Stripe Checkout page at the moment of purchase is the price you authorize and pay. The standard rate stated here may be revised by Zodia from time to time without notice. Each purchase includes:
The Natal Chart Deep-Dive may be purchased for yourself or, in the case of email-only referral channels, as a gift for a third party (in which case you, as the purchaser, are responsible for ensuring you have the third party's consent to share their birth date, birth time, and birth city with Zodia for the purpose of generating their reading). The Natal Chart Deep-Dive is a digital product. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate generation of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation that would otherwise apply under local consumer protection law. See Section 6.4 for refund policy.
To use the paid Service, you must provide your first name, email address, birth date, birth city, the city you currently live in, and your WhatsApp phone number (with country code). You may optionally provide your birth time for greater chart accuracy.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@joinzodia.com.
By creating an account or by submitting your email through one of our free astrology tools (Birth Chart Calculator, Transit Snapshot, or Cosmic Type) and ticking the explicit consent checkbox, you agree to receive emails from Zodia. These fall into two categories:
We send emails using Resend, our email service provider. All Zodia emails - transactional and marketing - are sent from the send.joinzodia.com subdomain and reply to hello@joinzodia.com. Both message types are governed by this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Zodia offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. A valid payment method (credit or debit card) is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
If you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the rate displayed at checkout when you signed up.
You may cancel your trial at any time before day 7 by sending /billing to Zodia on WhatsApp (this opens your secure Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel your subscription) or by emailing hello@joinzodia.com. You may also type /account at any time to view your current plan, trial end date, and payment method on file. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.
Zodia is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed on our website and at checkout. The price displayed at the time you subscribe is the price you will be charged for that billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change our pricing. If we increase prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new rate applies to your next billing cycle. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel before the next billing date.
All payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Your payment method will be charged automatically on each billing date unless you cancel before that date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending /billing to Zodia on WhatsApp, which opens your secure Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel your subscription, update your payment method, view past invoices, or download receipts. You may also type /account at any time to view your current plan, next billing date, and payment method on file. Alternative methods include emailing hello@joinzodia.com, or sending STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT to Zodia on WhatsApp (these are compliance opt-out keywords that initiate cancellation immediately). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive readings until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us at hello@joinzodia.com within 30 days of the charge, and we will review your case.
The one-time Natal Chart Deep-Dive (whether purchased through the standard channel or through any private referral channel, such as the OGC × ZODIA channel) is a custom-generated digital product. The reading is written specifically from the birth data you submit at checkout, and generation begins immediately after payment is confirmed. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate generation of the digital content and waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation. All one-time Natal Chart Deep-Dive purchases are final and non-refundable.
If the birth date, time, or city you submitted at checkout was incorrect, contact alex@joinzodia.com within 7 days of delivery with the corrected details and we will regenerate the reading at no additional charge. Regeneration is the sole remedy offered for buyer-side data entry errors.
If your Natal Chart Deep-Dive does not arrive within 24 hours of payment (for standard purchases) or within 48 hours of payment (for purchases made through email-only referral channels), contact alex@joinzodia.com and we will investigate and re-send the reading at no additional charge. All Natal Chart Deep-Dive purchases are final and non-refundable. The sole remedy offered is re-delivery of the reading.
Zodia offers a referral program for active subscribers. The mechanics are as follows.
When a Referee (a person new to Zodia who joins via your referral link and remains a paying subscriber through their first paid billing cycle) becomes a paying Zodia subscriber, the Referrer (you) earns one (1) free month of Zodia subscription. The credit is applied automatically to your next billing cycle: instead of charging your card on your next renewal date, Zodia extends your subscription by 30 days at no charge.
The 14-day extended free trial offered as part of the referral program is available only to users who (a) have never previously subscribed to Zodia under any phone number or email address, and (b) arrive at sign-up through a valid referral link. If we determine that a Referee is a returning user (a person whose phone number, email address, or Stripe customer record matches a prior Zodia subscription), the 14-day extended trial does not apply. The Referee may still subscribe at standard terms (no trial; billing begins on day 1), but no referral credit is earned by the Referrer in that case.
Any active Zodia subscriber (monthly or annual) may participate as a Referrer. Cancelled or paused subscribers cannot earn new referral credits during periods their subscription is inactive. Credits earned prior to cancellation are forfeited if not applied before the cancellation takes effect.
You may not refer yourself. Multiple accounts created by the same person (whether identified by phone number, email address, or payment method) are not eligible for referral attribution and may result in suspension of your subscription and forfeiture of unredeemed referral credits. We may invalidate any referral we determine in good faith to involve fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
There is no upper limit on the number of referral credits you may earn. Multiple credits stack: each qualifying referral extends your subscription by an additional 30 days. Zodia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice. Credits already earned will be honored under the program rules in effect when they were earned.
Promotional codes (such as MONTHOFF) are not applicable on sign-ups originating from a referral link. The 14-day extended trial granted by the referral program is offered in lieu of any promotional discount. Referees may still apply promotional codes if they sign up through the standard funnel without a referral link.
Referral credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or other goods or services. If you cancel your subscription, any unredeemed referral credits are forfeited.
Information shared between you and a Referee through a referral link is subject to our Privacy Policy. When a referral converts, we share with you only the Referee's first name and the date of conversion, for the purpose of acknowledging the credit. No phone number, email address, last name, location, or other personal data of the Referee is shared with the Referrer.
Birth Chart Reading is a personalized 35+ page PDF written from the birth data you submit at checkout. We commit to delivering the PDF to the email address provided within 12 hours of payment confirmation. Each book is reviewed by a member of our team before it ships; the 12-hour window accommodates that review. If you have not received your book within 24 hours, contact us at hello@joinzodia.com and we will investigate.
Birth Chart Reading is generated from the exact birth date, birth time, and birth city you submit at checkout. Incorrect birth data produces an incorrect chart. We are not responsible for inaccuracies arising from typos, estimated birth times, or incorrect locations. If you submitted wrong details and notice the error before generation begins (typically within 30 minutes of checkout), email us immediately and we will correct it without charge. After generation, the reading is final and no corrections, rewrites, or refunds are offered.
You agree not to: (a) share, resell, or redistribute your Zodia readings to others for commercial purposes; (b) use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the algorithms, models, or methods used to generate readings; (d) use automated tools (bots, scrapers, or similar) to access or interact with the Service; (e) impersonate another person or provide false birth data with the intent to obtain readings for someone else without their consent; or (f) use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
All content generated by Zodia (including but not limited to the text of your daily readings, the algorithms and models behind them, our website design, branding, and trademarks) is owned by Zodia LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to receive and read your daily readings for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share individual readings casually (for example, screenshotting a reading to send to a friend), but you may not systematically reproduce, republish, or commercially distribute the content.
Zodia provides astrology-based readings for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Our readings are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, legal, or career advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on a Zodia reading. We encourage you to consult qualified professionals for matters that affect your health, finances, legal standing, or wellbeing.
Astrology is an interpretive practice. While we use your exact birth data and real-time planetary positions to generate readings, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or applicability of any reading to your actual circumstances. Results will vary. Readings are generated automatically to the method described on our methodology page, and should be treated as one perspective among many.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zodia LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zodia LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content or information you provide to us.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
You and Zodia agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited.
You and Zodia each waive the right to a trial by jury. You also agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration agreement shall be null and void.
The arbitration will be held in Cheyenne, Wyoming, at another mutually agreed location, or conducted remotely via video conference. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights. Claims that qualify for small claims court may also be brought there instead of arbitration.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive behavior, or extended non-payment.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and emailing hello@joinzodia.com to request account deletion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
Zodia also offers Zodia Love Astrology, an Android app distributed through Google Play. These Terms apply to the app in full; where this section differs from an earlier section, this section controls for the app.
