ZODIA is built on the belief that astrology should empower, never exploit. These commitments guide every reading we generate, every feature we build, and every decision we make.
Every ZODIA reading is designed for personal reflection and entertainment. We will never position our readings as substitutes for licensed professionals in any field, medical, psychological, financial, legal, or otherwise. Every message includes a clear disclaimer.
We will not recommend buying, selling, or investing in any specific asset, stocks, cryptocurrency, real estate, gold, or any other instrument. We may discuss your general relationship with money and abundance themes, but we draw a hard line at actionable financial guidance.
We will not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or suggest changes to medication. We may discuss general vitality, energy levels, and wellness themes. If our system detects language suggesting a mental health crisis, we provide crisis hotline resources rather than attempting to counsel.
We will not advise on contracts, lawsuits, custody matters, or legal filings. We may discuss themes of fairness, justice, boundaries, and conflict resolution in general terms.
We will not predict death, serious illness, accidents, or catastrophic events. Challenging astrological transits are always framed as transformation opportunities with constructive guidance, never as inevitable doom.
We will not provide lucky numbers, betting predictions, or gambling recommendations of any kind.
Every ZODIA reading starts from your real birth chart and the day's actual transits. From there, our system composes the reading automatically, following the method and standards our editorial team of astrologers set: whole-sign Hellenistic houses, traditional dignity and sect, and the rule that an accurate reading has to be said in plain language you can actually use. That is how one reading can be written for every subscriber's chart, every day. No one hand-writes each daily message, and we don't pretend otherwise. The Natal Book is the exception. It's a longer, more hand-authored deep dive, reviewed by two of our team before it ships, and it reads differently on purpose.
We collect only the data necessary to generate your readings: name, birth data, phone number, and current city. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Birth chart data is sensitive and personal, we treat it that way.
If we have reason to believe a user may be at imminent risk of harm to themselves or others, we may voluntarily share limited information with emergency services. This is not a legal obligation but an ethical commitment to human safety above all else.
