Zodia LLC ("Zodia," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company that provides personalized daily astrology readings delivered via WhatsApp, along with free astrology tools available on our website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your choices regarding that information.

By using Zodia, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide When You Subscribe

When you sign up for a paid subscription, we collect the following:

Name — Your first name, used to personalize your daily readings.
Email Address — Used for account management, billing communications, and subscription notifications.
Birth Date — Required to calculate your natal chart.
Birth Time — Optional but recommended. Used to determine your rising sign and house placements for more accurate readings.
Birth City — Used alongside your birth date and time to calculate your exact natal chart based on geographic coordinates at the time of your birth.
City You Live In — Used to determine your time zone so we can deliver your reading at the right local time each morning.
WhatsApp Phone Number — Used to deliver your daily readings. Must include your country code.

2.2 Information You Provide When Using Free Tools

Our website offers free tools that do not require an account, including the Transit Snapshot and the Birth Chart Calculator. When you use these tools, you may enter your birth date, birth time, and birth city. We use this information only to generate your requested chart or transit reading. We do not store this data with your identity, and we do not link it to a subscriber account unless you separately sign up.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit joinzodia.com or interact with our WhatsApp messages, we may collect:

Device and Browser Data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
Usage Data — Pages visited, time spent on pages, referral URLs, and click activity.
WhatsApp Interaction Data — Message delivery and read receipts as provided by the WhatsApp Business API.

2.4 Payment Information

We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor to handle all billing. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Stripe collects and processes your payment information directly under its own privacy policy and security standards.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide the Service — Calculating your natal chart, generating personalized daily readings based on current planetary transits, and delivering those readings to your WhatsApp number each morning.
Manage your account — Processing your subscription, handling billing through Stripe, sending subscription notifications, and responding to cancellation requests.
Communicate with you — Sending transactional messages about your account, responding to support requests, and (with your consent) sending occasional product updates.
Improve the Service — Analyzing usage patterns to make readings more useful, fix bugs, and develop new features.
Comply with legal obligations — Meeting tax, regulatory, and legal requirements applicable to our business.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers — We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including our WhatsApp Business API provider (for message delivery), Stripe (for payment processing), our hosting provider (for infrastructure), and AI or computation services used to generate readings. These providers are contractually required to use your data only to perform services on our behalf.
Legal Requirements — We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers — If Zodia is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for up to 90 days in case you choose to resubscribe, after which we will delete or anonymize it. We may retain certain information longer where required by law (for example, billing records for tax purposes).

6. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. That said, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 All Users

Access and Correction — You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate information, by emailing support@joinzodia.com.
Deletion — You can request that we delete your personal information by emailing us. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Opt-Out of Marketing — If we send marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in the email. This does not affect transactional messages related to your subscription.
Cancel Your Subscription — Reply "CANCEL" to any Zodia WhatsApp message, or email us. No retention calls, no guilt trips.

7.2 California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect and how we use it; (b) request deletion of your personal information; (c) opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information); and (d) not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. 8. International Users

Zodia is operated from the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, you understand and consent that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

9. Children's Privacy

Zodia is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete that information promptly. 10. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party platforms, most notably WhatsApp (owned by Meta Platforms, Inc.) for message delivery and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, and your payment transactions with Stripe are governed by Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these or any other third-party service. We encourage you to read their privacy policies independently.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as analytics scripts) to understand how visitors interact with joinzodia.com. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect your experience on the website but will not affect the delivery of your WhatsApp readings.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
