Give it as a gift.
The reading works just as well for someone you love. You enter their birth details, pick where the finished PDF should go (their inbox or yours), and give them a full reading of their own chart.
A birthday gift
For the person in your life who is into astrology. Her reading is about her and no one else, so it works as a birthday gift at 25, at 30, or at 40 or 60.
A gift for a new baby
A newborn’s exact birth time gets written down at the hospital, so this is the easiest time to capture a full chart. Parents order a baby’s first birth chart as a keepsake, a baby shower gift, or something to add to a registry. The child can read it years later.
For a friend going through a lot
A move, a breakup, a new job, a Saturn return. When a friend is in the middle of a big year, a reading of their chart is a thoughtful thing to send. It shows you were paying attention.
Every zodiac season is somebody’s birthday season, from Aries to Pisces. Whoever has a birthday coming up, you order the same $44.99 reading, enter their name and birth details, and we email the finished PDF within 12 hours. Send it to their inbox, or to yours so you can print it.
Questions readers ask.
How long until I get the PDF?
Within 12 hours of payment, in your inbox. More than one person on our team reads each reading before it ships, a small cross-audit pass to make sure the writing lands. That's what the time buffer is for.
What if I don't know the birth time?
The houses and rising sign require an exact time. Ask a parent, check the birth certificate, or look up the hospital record. Without it, we can't generate the reading. And we won't fake it.
Is this the same product everyone else gets?
Yes. Every birth chart reading is written from scratch from your exact chart. Same writers, same depth, same 35+ pages. The only thing that changes is whose chart we're reading.
How much is it?
$44.99 USD, one time. No subscription, no recurring charge. The PDF is emailed within 12 hours of payment.
What tradition does ZODIA use?
ZODIA writes in the Hellenistic tradition with whole-sign houses, drawing on the work of Chris Brennan, Demetra George, Robert Hand, and Liz Greene. Chart math is computed with high-precision ephemeris data, detailed on our methodology page.
Why whole-sign houses?
It's the oldest house system in Western astrology and the one the Hellenistic tradition was built on. Each sign is one whole house, which keeps the chart clean and readable, with no planet stranded on a cusp. After thousands of readings, it's the system that reads truest to how people actually experience their charts, so it's the one every ZODIA reading is built on.
Why is a placement in a different house than my usual app shows?
Because we use whole-sign houses, and some apps use a system called Placidus. On some charts, especially when your rising sign falls late in a sign, a few placements land one house apart between the two. Both are correct. The sign and exact degree of every planet are identical; only the house numbering shifts. Read your reading by its own house numbers.
How precise is the chart calculation?
Every chart is cast from high-precision ephemeris data, the same astronomical tables professional astrologers rely on, calculated to the exact minute and place of your birth. Your time is converted to UTC and your coordinates are taken from the city you entered, so every planet sits exactly where it was the moment you were born.
Can I gift it to someone else?
Yes. Enter their birth details and the email where you want the PDF to land. That can be your email or theirs. Great for a birthday, anniversary, or the friend who's just gone through something big.
Is a birth chart reading a good gift?
It's personal, it lasts, and it's the kind of thing people like to receive but rarely buy for themselves. It works for a birthday, a new baby, a wedding, or a friend going through a big year.
Can I gift it for a new baby?
Yes. A newborn's exact birth time is written down at the hospital, so it's easy to capture a full chart then. Parents order a baby's first birth chart as a keepsake, a baby shower gift, or something to add to a registry. The child can read it years later.
Will I get added to a subscription or daily-readings list?
No. This is a one time purchase, email only. You won't get billed again, you won't get daily messages, and we won't text you. Just the reading.
How is the Natal Book different from the daily readings?
The daily readings are short, written for your chart against that day's sky, and sent to WhatsApp every morning. The Natal Book is a different thing. It's a deep dive into your whole chart, read placement by placement by a person on our team before it ships. That's why the buffer is 12 hours, not 30 seconds. The chart math is precise, the writing is voiced. It's a book, not a printout.
How it is calculated.
Your reading starts as math, not interpretation. We compute the exact positions of every planet, the Ascendant, the Midheaven, and the house cusps from your birth date, birth time, and birth city using the same high-precision ephemeris engine that serious chart software relies on. Time is converted to UTC, coordinates are taken from the city you entered, and the chart is cast with whole-sign houses on a tropical zodiac.
The output is a precise natal chart. From there a writer reads each placement and each aspect, then drafts the in-depth birth chart reading chapter by chapter. The math is exact. The reading is voiced.
The Hellenistic tradition.
ZODIA writes in the Hellenistic tradition: the oldest continuous body of Western chart practice, recovered and revived over the last 30 years. Whole-sign houses. Sect (day chart versus night chart). Traditional rulerships. The annual profection, which tells you which house is in charge of your year. This is the framework used by working astrologers who came up through Project Hindsight and the post-2000 revival, and it is what makes Hellenistic birth chart interpretation structured rather than vibes-based.
Modern psychological layers (the Moon as inner weather, Venus as relational appetite, Mars as drive) are added on top of the traditional skeleton. Nothing is invented. Every claim in the reading points back to a placement or aspect in your chart.
